Cookie Policy
Last updated:
This cookie policy explains what this website and the Point PDKS web panel keep in your browser and how we count visits to the promotional pages.
1. We Do Not Use Cookies
This website and the Point PDKS web panel write no cookies. We use no advertising, social media or third-party tracking cookies, pixels or scripts; we do not profile visitor behaviour and we do not place identifiers that link you to ad networks.
The promotional pages contain no third-party scripts. The map on the web panel's department pages is loaded from Google Maps; in doing so your browser connects to the servers of Google LLC (United States of America) (KVKK Notice, section 5).
2. Visit Statistics: Umami (Cookieless)
We count visits to the promotional pages with the open-source Umami software running on our own server in Türkiye. Umami uses no cookies or browser storage. What is counted:
- The page viewed and the link the visit came from (including campaign tags).
- Browser, operating system, device type, screen size and language.
- Approximate location derived from the IP address (country, city); the IP address itself is not stored.
- Clicks on free trial buttons, phone and email links: only the kind of link and its place on the page; not your phone number, email address or form fields.
To tell repeat visits within the same month apart, Umami derives a value specific to this site from the IP address and browser information with a key renewed every month; this value is not stored in your browser.
No visit statistics are kept on the sign-in, password reset and account deletion pages or in the panel after sign-in. There is no session recording, heatmap or screen recording.
Because these statistics use no cookies, do not store the IP address and do not follow you across other sites, they do not depend on your explicit consent; this is why the site has no cookie consent banner. Their legal basis is in section 4 of the KVKK Notice.
3. What Is Kept in Your Browser (Panel Only)
The promotional pages keep nothing in your browser. When you sign in to the panel, your browser's local storage keeps:
- Session data (pdks-auth): to keep you signed in; cleared when you sign out.
- Device number (pdks-device-id): a randomly generated number that binds the session to this browser.
- Interface preferences (pdks-ui and entries starting with pdks.): the collapsed sidebar, table columns, the employee list view and a set-up checklist closed on the home page.
These are necessary for the panel to work; they are not used for advertising or visit statistics.
4. Managing Your Preferences
Because we use no cookies, there is no cookie preference to manage. You can remove the local storage entries by deleting this site's data in your browser; you are then signed out of the panel and your interface preferences return to their defaults.
