Terms of Service

Point PDKS is a cloud-based employee time and attendance service providing location-verified clock-in/out, shift and leave management, and attendance reporting. The service is provided with its current features ("as is").

Access to the service takes place through a company code assigned to the business. Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their account credentials and for actions carried out under their accounts. For security, an employee account may be locked to a device at first sign-in.

• Use the service only in accordance with applicable legislation.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Refrain from attempts that endanger the security of the system; do not attempt to manipulate location verification.
• As the relevant business is the data controller, manage employee personal data in compliance with the legislation.

The Point PDKS software, trademarks and all related content belong to CNUTLABS. The business is granted only the right to use the service for the duration of the subscription; this right is non-transferable.

The service is provided with reasonable care without any guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Except in cases of intent and gross negligence, and to the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages. CNUTLABS cannot be held responsible for consequences arising from the business's failure to fulfil its own obligations.

The parties may terminate the subscription in accordance with the relevant conditions. Upon termination of the contract, the export and deletion of data is carried out according to the principles set out in the KVKK Privacy Notice and the Privacy Policy.

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In disputes, the competent courts and enforcement offices in Türkiye have jurisdiction.

Private companies can open a free trial account themselves on the free trial page of the website. For public institutions, municipalities and companies with more than 500 employees, CNUTLABS opens the trial account on a request sent through the quote form.

The person signing up accepts that they are authorized to act on behalf of their business and that the information they give is accurate. Only one trial account can be opened per phone number; if the number is registered to another account in the service, no trial account can be opened.

The trial ends at the end of the 14th day after the sign-up day, at 23:59 Türkiye time. During the trial the service is free and can be used with up to 500 active users (employees and managers included). No credit card or payment details are asked; there is no charge when the trial ends and the trial does not turn into a paid subscription by itself.

When the trial ends the account becomes read-only: records and reports can be viewed; new records, changes, approvals and check-ins cannot be made. 30 days after the end of the trial the account is closed and its data is deleted; deleted data cannot be recovered. The deletion date is shown in the panel, and a further warning is shown in the panel 7 days before the deletion.

The trial service is provided free of charge; the limitation of liability in clause 5 also applies to the trial account. CNUTLABS may end a trial account on suspicion of abuse (for example several trial accounts opened for the same business).
